resistance isn't always futile

today they tried to get me to eat kahlua cake, but i was strong. (mostly because i'd already eaten a piece of the ricotta cake and a piece of the rum cake.) tonight i'm going to try to pass on some of the lemon cake to the lost partiers, and even though my coworker's birthday is next week, we're going to not do cake for it.

seriously, cake is inescapable lately.
