oh my god

i held my nephew for about half an hour today. for about half of that, he was really more in my lap than anything else, so let's say i really held him for about fifteen minutes. he's about 2 and a half months old, and supposedly 12 lbs. no way. his last weigh-in was two weeks ago. i'd say he's a bit more now. in any case, i really think my arm is going to fall off. granted, it's my bad arm, but still.

major kudos to all of you with kids.

i'm tired.

i'm tired, and looking at the past chunk of time, apparently i've used up my allottment of words for this decade. most unfortunate, as i like to put up an entry per day at minimum.

i believe the kitty demon has gone, and left the zeld in its place. this is a good thing.

i'm restless and i'm exhausted, so i'm going to get on with the nighttime-routine-before-bed thing.

there's plenty more boringness where the above came from, but i've decided to spare you.
