connect the menu to the people
Jun. 1st, 2009 09:45 pmi was up stupidly early this morning and so it was the earliest i've gotten to work in quite some time. i had some annoyance about the #$%*&@ing newsletter. i came home and went and did laundry. all in all, i was very very boring today.
but i did connect with old friend #2. been a busy few days for that sort of thing.
oh, odd thing #742:
i decided to order a Different Dish from the chinese place today. on the menu it was called, "general tso's bean curd". i don't really like the sound of the words "bean curd", but there it is, and that's what's on the menu, so... when i called up and placed the order, i said, "one order of general tso's bean curd," and the woman taking my order said, "oh, you mean general tso's tofu?" someone must connect the menu to the people.
god, i'm *so* boring lately. sorry. heading to bed early again tonight. i have to catch up, and try to get some sleep in the bank, too, because thursday night i'll be out late.
