setting a trap for love

in anticipation of the r.e.m. tribute concert on wednesday, i just spent a fair amount of time watching old, old, old r.e.m. performances. *sigh* michael stipe with hair. :)

my right hand hurts from clicking the mouse today. i need to do something about this setup. between the keyboard and the mouse and the height of the table i use as a desk, i'm asking for trouble.

i was doing well earlier in the day with forcing myself to do productive things and then rewarding myself. that kind of fell off as the afternoon went on.
