probably not much of this is in sentences.

i am trying to adjust to the time change, and so far so good, i guess.[1] a little tired, but not too, too bad. can't say as much for the students. a number of them were off around lunchtime, because to their bodies, lunchtime was too early. that may be what inspired one student to cause the situation in which i smashed my arm into a door. pfeh. i've already aggravated that elbow from an injury a year and a half ago, and it's bothering me lately to begin with. :(

- inservice today by chiropractor about nutrition. amazing how outraged people get when you point out some facts about milk.
- took mother henning to a new level, even though i caught myself. i laughed so hard i cried.
- house had a lot of really good moments tonight.
- only one more day of work this week for me, yay!
- will try to head to bed soon to stock up on sleep.
- i think i might be in a food apathy rut again. meh.

hm. i was slightly more articulate than i expected to be. go figure.
