sucking out my soul

today, my supervisor determined that the reason i feel so lousy this week is that returning to work is sucking out my soul. i felt enlightened. ;)

i was going to go to a discussion with jane goodall and her co-author yesterday, but i felt hideous and decided to sleep instead. i felt marginally better today, but came home from work (after going out w/ supervisor to get her some fabric) and... went to bed.

last night i did watch project runway and the model show afterwards. tonight i've started re-watching house season five. i'm considering taking myself to see district 9 early tomorrow if i feel up to making the trek. we'll see.

i also had a half-hour coughing fit this morning. later, everyone around me was complaining of allergies, so i guess we're back to that again. ;P i don't really *feel* like going to the doctor.

pretty soon, i'm going to go to bed again. i'm kind of hungry, but i'm hesitant to eat much, since that hasn't been working out too well for me the past two days. though slightly better as today has gone on. to push my luck or not to push my luck?: that is the question.

in other news: yes. i, too, am jealous of neil gaiman's library libraries.
